Chat bot analytics

How do I see where the users are dropping off in a chatbot flow? Does a chatbot have analytics and how does one access that?

Thanks for your question. You can also send questions to as well esp. if you’re sharing urls to your decision trees.

We provide you with the ability to add whatever tracking solution you want. E.g. GA, FB analytics, hotjar etc etc

You can integrate directly with GTM or add individual scripts.

Some users also use node-level JS events to push individual answers into GA and use events flow report to see dropoffs etc.
